1. About Us

This website is operated by Absolute Injury Management Pty Ltd (ABN [29 917 821 739]) trading as Gippsland Concussion Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Concussion assessment and management by registered physiotherapists

  • Baseline pre-concussion screening services

  • Return-to-learn and return-to-play guidance

  • Concussion-related education and information

All services are delivered in accordance with current professional standards and recognised concussion management protocols.

3. Baseline Pre-Concussion Screening

Baseline screening services:

  • Are issued, overseen, and reviewed by a registered health professional

  • Are completed independently by the client at home

  • Include cognitive testing and validated subjective outcome measures

  • Are intended to support future concussion assessment and management

Baseline screening does not diagnose concussion and does not replace clinical assessment following an injury.

Access to baseline screening is typically issued within 1–2 business days of purchase.

4. Appointments

Appointments may be booked without referral.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee in accordance with clinic policy.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars

  • Eligible services are GST-free health services under Australian tax law

  • Baseline screening services are non-refundable once access has been issued

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Private Health Insurance

Private health rebates may be available for physiotherapy services depending on individual cover. We do not guarantee rebate eligibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from:

  • Reliance on general website information

  • Misuse of services outside their intended purpose

  • Failure to seek appropriate assessment following injury

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
