Our Baseline Pre-Concussion Test combines Cognigram® cognitive testing with a set of validated subjective outcome measures to establish you or your child’s pre-season neurological profile.

Developed in Australia and used in elite sport including the AFL, NRL, Super Rugby, and A-League, Cognigram® assesses four key domains affected by concussion: attention, memory, processing speed, and reaction time.

All results — cognitive scores and outcome measures — are stored securely for future comparison.

If a concussion occurs, this baseline data helps guide safer, evidence-based return-to-play decisions.
